All products have a 30-day warranty. For any reason, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days so that we will issue a refund, in-store credit, or exchange for you.

Order Cancellation

Orders that have already been placed cannot be canceled. if you need to cancel your order before shipping, please contact us as soon as possible.

Return & Exchange

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Urbansentail, you can return your eligible unused item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Items indicated as Final Sale merchandise are sold as-is and do not qualify for returns. please contact our customer service at urbansential.net or contact us through email ( urbansentiall@gmail.com). We will take you to step by step through the return process.

Cost of Return

To return items without any defects, the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility; to return items that are claimed to be defective, if the claim is approved and the item is defective, we will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Lost Goods

We track your order on a daily basis. However, if your order is lost in transit, please contact us (urbansentiall@gmail.com) as soon as possible, and we will issue a re-send for free.

Refund Time

For any partial or full refund, it takes up to 15 days to process the refund.
